Overview
Parents or staff receive two or more daily emails. And even when they unsubscribe (disable this option for their account), they are still getting the same emails. This happens when the user has multiple School Loop accounts.
Solution
For each of your School Loop accounts, perform the steps below. If you do not remember login for your another account, use the Reset Password option and specify the email address (in step 3) to which you receive daily emails; you will receive an email with all School Loop accounts associated with the email address.
Note: If you do not need your second account, please ask your School Admin to delete the account.
- Once logged in, click Settings.
- If it is a teacher account, click Go under Account Management.
Otherwise, the Account Management page is opened right away.
- Click Change next to Receive Daily Emails.
- Click Submit.
Confirmation
You can open the account setting again (steps 1-3) and check that Receive Daily Emails is now set to No. You should not receive daily emails anymore.
