Admins or teachers need to download a report containing all students for a specific grade, or all students in their school, including their IDs and Grades. This can be done using Student Tracker.
You have an Administrator, Teacher, or Staff account.
- Log in to your School Loop account.
- From the portal homepage, click View All in the Student Tracker section.
- Click on the required tracker name.
By default, there are trackers created for each grade, a tracker that contains all students, and the tracker that contains students with grades below 70% in more than 2 classes. Also, Admins, Staff, and Teachers can create personal and school-wide trackers.
- On the tracker page, click Download Tracker.
Once you complete step 4, a CSV file with the list of students is opened (or downloaded, depending on your browser settings). For each student, it contains First and Last Name, ID, Description (in this case, it is Student Grade 10), average grade, number of zero grades, and number of missing grades.
