Overview
Admins, Principals, Teachers, and School Staff are unable to edit District or School site pages by default - the Site Center option is missing from Toolbox.
Diagnosis
Once logged in to your School Loop account, check if you have the Site Center (for School Sites) or Admin Center (for District sites) option under Toolbox. If not, this means that you do not have Webmaster rights, which are not provided to Admins by default.

Solution
- School Administrators and Staff should contact any Webmaster for their school site and ask to provide Webmaster rights.
- District Administrators and Staff need to contact a Senior District Webmaster and ask to provide Senior District Webmaster rights.
Note: If you have more than one account, make sure you are logging to the account that has Webmaster rights. If you are not sure if you have multiple accounts, reset your password (enter your email in step 3) - you will receive an email with the list of all accounts associated with the provided email address. Log in and check if you have webmaster rights on any of your accounts.
Confirmation
Once you receive the Webmaster/Senior District Webmaster rights, you should have the Site Center/Admin Center option under the Toolbox (as displayed in the Diagnosis section), and you can proceed to edit site pages.
