Overview
The state test reports feature is currently available to California schools only. Registered parents of participating districts will be able to view and download available reports going back 3 years.
Once this feature is enabled, parents will see a link to “View State Test Reports” at the top of the right column in their user portal.
All available reports for students connected to the parent’s account will be listed. Reports may be offered in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Mandarin, and Filipino. Check with your school district for more information about reports in these languages.
Process
District admins will need to obtain their username and secret key (password) from ETS. Please visit the CAASPP website for more information about how to generate these credentials. Also, note that these credentials need to be regenerated every 90 days.
To configure your districts connection to ETS, follow the steps below:
- Log in into your district admin account.
- Then, click on School Site List.
- Now click the State Test Reports link in the Toolbox section located in the right column.
- Finally, fill in your district’s username, and password. For the API Base URL, enter this value:
https://caaspp-aws.ets.org/api/v1
Test your connection with the “Test Connection” Button. If you receive an error message, double-check the credentials. After receiving a success message, you are good to go for 90 days when you will have to regenerate new credentials with ETS and then update your connection in School Loop.
