By default, we include an email icon next to the names of staff members. This icon allows visitor to send an email message to that staff person without revealing the email address. However, it's possible for those with admin rights to turn this feature off.
Log into a school site and click the School Settings icon in the Toolbox at the top of the right column. The appearance and location of the link in the Toolbox may vary.
For those using our Plus system, click the Go button for "Access & Registration Management".
In the section for "Access Rights", click the Change button to toggle the setting for the email icon in directories.
