Once your parent account has been approved by the school, you will receive a daily homework email from our system. If you are not receiving the daily email, please check the following:
- Click Settings in the upper right corner of your portal homepage and make sure that you have "Receive Daily Email" set to "Yes".
- Check your spam or junk folder in your email account to make sure that the daily email messages aren't ending up there.
If neither of the above works for you, please submit a support ticket so that we may investigate the problem for you.
