Our Help Center is open 24/7 and can be accessed via the red question mark icon at the top right of every page in your user portal. Of course, you may also bookmark this site.
When you can't find an answer using our Help Center, you may submit your questions to our support staff. The red question mark icon mentioned above will lead you to a request help form. On this Help Center, there's a green "Submit A Request" button at the top right of every page. You may also email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
During the school year, our help ticket system is staffed during normal business hours. We're not officially open on weekends, but we do monitor incoming tickets for emergency situations that can't wait until Monday. Naturally we're closed on holidays.
