In the Site Center, you can add anyone with a School Loop account as an editor or contributor to minisites. They get access to all the pages in that minisite. At this time, this access cannot be granted on a page-by-page basis, though you can make a minisite with only one page in it.
Editors can make any changes they like and publish.
Contributors can make changes, but need approval from a webmaster before those changes go live.
Note: Editors/contributors only edit the current live site, so if you want them to edit your new SLS2 site, you'll need to publish it first.
Here's how to add this access:
1. Start in Site Center
2. Click once on the minisite where you want to grant access
3. Click Manage Minisite at the top. (Pages do not have this button; be sure you are clicking a minisite in the previous step.)
4. Click Tools tab on the right side
5. Click Manage Rights
From here, you can see who currently has access and use the buttons at the top to add editors or contributors.
